Why Pay Them More To Screw You Over???

If you have a service under contract and you receive a bill that is higher than your contract price ask them to send you the contract showing where it states that you now must pay more. The problem with inflated billing is people do not take the time to follow up on their own contracts but rather take the bill and pay it or downgrade. When you downgrade on your contract you are still going to pay an inflated price. Downgrading is not the answer to a contract billing problem. Communication is the answer. You have them send you the contract and see it for yourself. If they can not provide it you do not owe it. Example You owe a bill of 100.00 they send you a bill for 140.00 why did it increase if it's due to contract they should send a copy. If they can not you do not owe it. If you downgrade on your package you are still going to pay the inflated fee for a more basic package. Now you are probably paying double the cost on a basic package.
